Return & Refund Policy

At 3MODE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at 3modeonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.


3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product.

  • We will provide instructions for a return and cover shipping costs for defective/incorrect items.


5. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Customs duties and import taxes on returns are not refundable.
