Return & Refund Policy

At 3MODE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 3modeonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product.

We will provide instructions for a return and cover shipping costs for defective/incorrect items.
5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs duties and import taxes on returns are not refundable.
