Shipping & Delivery Policy (English Version)

At 3MODE, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please read our international shipping guidelines carefully.


1. International Shipping

  • 3MODE ships internationally, with delivery times varying by destination (usually 7–21 business days).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.


2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries due to local regulations.


4. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at 3modeonline@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, replace or refund your order.
